I don't see why the court would care who builds the government's wall, that's besides for the fact that the court has allowed some crazy eminent domain expropriation, like the little pink house.

Somewhat, I believe there is a place for eminent domain, a border wall would be a good example. I do think it's been terribly abused in the past, and I'd love to see the supreme court severely limit its usage to real public needs, not just when a municipality feels there's a better economic use to someones private property.

If the built wall (LOL) would be the property of the government then who builds and funds should be a non-issue. My understanding of case law is that the courts do not opine on whether the need is really needed and defer to the other branches in that regard.

I agree that murderes should stay there, but not all stupid things ppl do when they have a weak moment deserves to destroy there’s and there families life by receiving a 25 year sentence.

There a bitter lot to do for this matter and I think a lot of ppl are happy that it starting to move in the right direction
