The guy with the one sided opinion was very brief on Twitter. How about the opinion piece? He acknowledges exactly the line you quoted.

You find any where in the report where it says Comey committed a crime releasing the memos? If he released classified information that is a crime.

It did not say whether he did or did not commit a crime. According to your reasoning it does state that he did some actions which would fit that definition as York points out. Do you disagree with him?

On what basis? Do you not see how the report states that he disclosed classified information to his personal attorney? That is all York is saying. That is clearly there in the report.

Was the info classified at the time? Was anything redacted? What does the law state about client/attorney in this situation.
I will just go with the report that states no classified info was leaked. The rest is a propaganda smoke screen.
No different than saying Trump committed a crime according to the report. Neither of them say any such thing.
Also Comey didn't "leak" anything to his lawyers. So on that basis alone his one-sided opinion is wrong.

Yes when the memos were publicly released there were redacted portions as York points out.
It only says that it was not leaked to the media. It does say that it was an unauthorized disclosure to his personal attorneys. Is that a crime? No clue and York does not discuss the criminality of it either. Just because your next step is not included in the report does not mean that York is wrong.
