As pointed out by myself when this thread was much shorter, my vote doesn't really count in the general elections, which is why I don't participate in them.

Seems like someone took the time to do a mathematical analysis, and point out to my neighbors that aren't aware of this themselves, that the only way my vote could have any chance of counting is by taking part in the D primaries for the local district, if overall participation is low and the community shows up and votes as a bloc in those primaries. It is beyond me why anyone in my community would register as a Republican!

I have no idea if one of those two are one of the whistleblowers. What I do know is the Chief Justice shot it down. If the R's didn't like his decision they can overrule it. They didn't dare to try.

I was responding to your claim that Rand Paul is trying to reveal the whistleblower. I think he was actually trying (successfully in my opinion) to highlight the game that the House (and now Roberts) is playing where they pretend not to know the identity of the whistleblower when it's convenient, and then all of the sudden know what name not to allow to be mentioned.

A ruling by the chair can be overruled by a simple majority of the senate. The R's have the majority.

Which law is he following? Unless he (and the House) do know who the whistleblower is and are just playing the game I described above
