After this post is when I asked the question. I didn't want to assume and asked directly if you were saying he is "playing games". I listed every post after that and not one of them had the answer. Besides the obvious one? You don't expose the name of a whistleblower that justice department says was credible.

He is known to the IG and select members of the house, no? There is also leaks who he might be. Either way Roberts knows the game they are trying to play and is having no part of it. The Senate also seems to agree with Roberts and that is why they are not overruling the decision.
