So, from that link we have a description of the alleged russian interference.

"A large trove of Podesta's emails were released by WikiLeaks late in the campaign, and intelligence officials believe the emails were provided to the organization by Russian hackers."

To which I say, if so, thank goodness for russian hackers. Never write something in an email tht you would not be comfortable seeing in the news. Whether hackers or more often by lawyers during a discovery, secrets come out. And when a shady character is running for prez, anyone who pulls back the curtain is a hero.

Plus, this whole conspiracy theory flies in the face of JTZ assertion that

I guess the swamp is being restocked. Perry as secretary of Energy, now that is a good one. Name someone who wants to eliminate the department. Hopefully he won't have to remember three things to do.
