Thread summary:

Trump walks in a room.

1. Moshe123 shoots at him because he is pure evil, 2. ilherman+hachover jump in front of the bullets because Trump is our savior. 3. aygart tackles Moshe123 because Trump is better than HRC, 4. but Baruch can't stand Trump so he tells aygart he's crazy and Trump is a madman. 5. ExGingi would like to point out that who cares what he is, all that matters is the supreme court nominations. 6. Dan and others aren't really sure how this makes them feel plus they don't really want to drink poison. 7. Spoiler alert: Moshe123's gun was empty, it was just a blank.

And Freddie is in the back of the room just cooking his cholent. Until he announces that there are TWO menu choices, Pareve Cholent or Vegetable Lasagna. While etech0 figured out that they are both poisoned.

Repeat x100.

And then Hilary walks into the room with the most confidence a candidate has had in recent history. She is so confident that she eats both the Pareve Cholent and Vegetable Lasagna. Everyone is the room is aghast, they don't know how this happened, could it be Comey is behind this poisoning or was it that her Obamacare premiums were to high to get her the help she needed.

Everyone stared as she choked and was cast into oblivion on November, 8, 2016 the last day she was heard from in the public eye.

Moshe123, ilherman, hachover, Baruch, ExGingi, Dan, Freddie, etech0, and the rest of America are in total shock and hope that so long as Trump doesn't eat any Pareve Cholent and Vegetable Lasagna and stays true to his supreme court nominees this may be the greatest thing to happen since the CSR and GC's.

But remember this may be the beginning of the end...

P.S. Thanks to cognitive dissonance aygart, Michael Moore, and Scott Adams knew the whole time that Trump could win, unfortunately for JTZ he may be off DDF for the next 4 years due to his mandatory 3 times daily consumption of CROW!

As things turns out, the most prescient view on this election was that of Michael Moore! Though Scott Adams is also claiming a high view level of prescience.

What would your thoughts be about a business owner who said, "When Europe sends its Jews, they're not sending their best; they're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

If a media company catering largely to Hebrew and Yiddish speaking people cut ties with him/her you'd call it "stifling political correctness?"

But then Macy's, NYC, and all others wouldn't break contracts or even give a hiss.....

There are European immigrants - or at least children/grandchildren of immigrants - who are very, very adept at milking the benefits offered by this country. Look at the list of lowest income areas in New York State, go visit them, and tell me who is looking for a handout in this country. If Hilary Clinton were to speak about that, she'd be branded a raging Anti Semite - and rightly so!

Here we go. I saw this argument coming from a mile away.

If Hillary Clinton would say that there are people that milk the government for benefits, there would be no gripes about it from any group. (Of course, when Mitt Romney said it in 2012 he was called every name one can think of... but Hillary can say it). However, if Hillary Clinton would say that there are Jews that milk the government, that would be universally considered racism. Referring to them as Jews rather than as just people is basically saying that the theft has something to do with their being Jewish, and that is without a doubt anti-Semitism. When Trump stated that Mexico is sending all kinds of vile people across the border, he is NOT saying in any way, shape or form that their criminal activity has something to do with their being Hispanic or them being immigrants or them even being Mexican. He said that "Mexico is sending..." i.e. the government of Mexico is allowing criminals to cross illegally through our borders.

Quote
When you generalize about a nationality, race, religion or other group in a hateful, or belittling manner, you reveal yourself to be a bigot. The fact that you don't see the racism inherent in your comments is troubling.

WHAT GROUP for crying out loud? "Illegals" are now considered a "group"? Are they now considered a "class"?

Quote
Calling Mexicans rapists and criminals is not going to help.

Remind me again, who called Mexicans rapists and criminals? Did Trump say "the people of Mexico are rapists and criminals"?

Quote
The Native Americans would have done well to have known this.

I'm not even going to entertain this argument.

If all he would have spoken about was jobs lost and benefits there wouldn't have been this backlash. It's when he implied they were all rapists and criminals.

When the GOP said precisely that while Obama was signing his Executive Amnesty order they were branded as racists and haters. Seriously, give me a break. The left is targeting Trump because they have an agenda in mind.

Well, that was an unintended consequence.  :)

But in all seriousness, they are simply trying to discredit the GOP establishment as being racist.

Yep the old left wing game. As if a person's racism and personal convictions are THE MOST important thing in a president. No focus on policies, content, or anything substantive-just on what he eats for breakfast and whether he can possibly in any way shape or form be (mis)construed as a racist.

Most New York Jews are republicans not because they really have right wing tendencies, it's only because they listen to Rush and Sean all day, so they automatically become so called "republicans".

The right wing (at least politicians) generally do not make personal attacks on character. During the 2012 campaign, the Romney team went after Obama's POLICIES and POLITICAL FAILURES, whereas the Obama team went after Romney's PERSONAL CHARACTER. (He's filthy rich, he tied a dog to his car, he bullied a kid in school, he caused a man to die from cancer, he evades taxes etc..)

Also, the left wing has an obsession with boycotts. Boycott Rush Limbaugh for calling a self entitled girl a derogatory name. Boycott Israeli products becuase of "apartheid". Boycott bakeries and photographers for refusing to service gay couples. Boycott Chick-Fil-A because the CEO believes in traditional marriage. Boycott a restaurant in California for sending $100 to Proposition 8. Boycott Donald Trump...

Now... Tell me a little about the Right-Wing boycotts.

The right wing would never stoop so low with personal attacks like labeling someone a Muslim or he wasn't even born in this country. Both sides are scumbags at times.

Most New York Jews are not Republican. Most Observant Jews are.

It makes perfect sense for observant Jews to identify with Republicans from an ideological point of view. Republicans are more supportive of religion. (Including matters like vouchers for private school etc) and they are more supportive of Israel. They consider those who criticize Israel as an enemy.

Let's not lump them in together.

The Muslim accusation did not come from the GOP establishment. Furthermore, there was never an ad published that stated that Obama is a Muslim. By contrast, the libelous cancer ad had ties to the democratc party.

As for the Kenyan claim, it wasn't fabricated out of thin air. There were sources from Harvard that claimed he was born there, and there was an official pamphlet from an event which described him as born in Kenya. The pursuit after his birth certificate tapered off. The only man that persued it publicly was Donald Trump, who backed down once the certificate was produced.
