Thread summary:

Trump walks in a room.

1. Moshe123 shoots at him because he is pure evil, 2. ilherman+hachover jump in front of the bullets because Trump is our savior. 3. aygart tackles Moshe123 because Trump is better than HRC, 4. but Baruch can't stand Trump so he tells aygart he's crazy and Trump is a madman. 5. ExGingi would like to point out that who cares what he is, all that matters is the supreme court nominations. 6. Dan and others aren't really sure how this makes them feel plus they don't really want to drink poison. 7. Spoiler alert: Moshe123's gun was empty, it was just a blank.

And Freddie is in the back of the room just cooking his cholent. Until he announces that there are TWO menu choices, Pareve Cholent or Vegetable Lasagna. While etech0 figured out that they are both poisoned.

Repeat x100.

And then Hilary walks into the room with the most confidence a candidate has had in recent history. She is so confident that she eats both the Pareve Cholent and Vegetable Lasagna. Everyone is the room is aghast, they don't know how this happened, could it be Comey is behind this poisoning or was it that her Obamacare premiums were to high to get her the help she needed.

Everyone stared as she choked and was cast into oblivion on November, 8, 2016 the last day she was heard from in the public eye.

Moshe123, ilherman, hachover, Baruch, ExGingi, Dan, Freddie, etech0, and the rest of America are in total shock and hope that so long as Trump doesn't eat any Pareve Cholent and Vegetable Lasagna and stays true to his supreme court nominees this may be the greatest thing to happen since the CSR and GC's.

But remember this may be the beginning of the end...

P.S. Thanks to cognitive dissonance aygart, Michael Moore, and Scott Adams knew the whole time that Trump could win, unfortunately for JTZ he may be off DDF for the next 4 years due to his mandatory 3 times daily consumption of CROW!

As things turns out, the most prescient view on this election was that of Michael Moore! Though Scott Adams is also claiming a high view level of prescience.

The right wing (at least politicians) generally do not make personal attacks on character. During the 2012 campaign, the Romney team went after Obama's POLICIES and POLITICAL FAILURES, whereas the Obama team went after Romney's PERSONAL CHARACTER. (He's filthy rich, he tied a dog to his car, he bullied a kid in school, he caused a man to die from cancer, he evades taxes etc..)

Also, the left wing has an obsession with boycotts. Boycott Rush Limbaugh for calling a self entitled girl a derogatory name. Boycott Israeli products becuase of "apartheid". Boycott bakeries and photographers for refusing to service gay couples. Boycott Chick-Fil-A because the CEO believes in traditional marriage. Boycott a restaurant in California for sending $100 to Proposition 8. Boycott Donald Trump...

Now... Tell me a little about the Right-Wing boycotts.
Personally I think it has to do with less organization and motivation

Most New York Jews are republicans not because they really have right wing tendencies, it's only because they listen to Rush and Sean all day, so they automatically become so called "republicans".

Um not sure where you got this info from-maybe you know people with very fluid minds? Many (if not most) frum republicans come over to the light over social issues (as a starter) like the ones going on today.

Do you consider welfare and aid social issues?

Ha that's not what I'm referring to but you're right that frum Jews often vote for whoever will give them more free money (a different discussion).

This is the problem with many of these discussions. You say they are republicans because of social issues. Then you want to pick and choose only the ones that support your view. It is like quoting someone when they agree with you then saying that same person is an idiot when they don't.

I genuinely did not understand your point. But now I realize you are reffering to the "jews" on welfare that are republicans. Got it.
Imo, someone can be against the welfare state while still benefiting from it. Do all liberals not take advantage of corporate tax breaks.

I believe this is actually how people vote. Nobody that I know supports their party 100%. Some people vote only by what matters to them personally, and some vote by what matters to the country as a whole.

Many Jews are genuinely concerned about Israel. Many Jews are concerned about voting for a party that is more supportive of G-D and religion. For many Jews, these matters outweigh living on the dole, for other Jews, the dole is more important. Many observant Jews vote Republican in general elections and Democrat in local elections for this very reason.

Everyone picks and chooses. Blacks happen to be one of the most religious groups in the country and yet they voted for Obama, a Liberal secular man over Romney, a devoted religious man. In addition, unemployment affects Blacks far more than Whites, and Romney was a promising candidate to create jobs. When push came to shove, they voted for Obama by a margin of 96%, which can only be explained as a very personal choice.

Blacks would disagree with you on both points. They would be ROFLTAO about Romney creating jobs.

You may be surprised how many frum jews will vote for Hilary (or any D). You may have to limit your statement to non-hasidic orthodox jews.
If you don't care why would you comment?
