From this video it seems you are right. Notice that here he has a Sec Service style earpiece, but I don't think the ID he had on his neck was Secret Service. Whatever.

It definitely isn't that exact one. Look at the close up above where they point out the ring/pin. It may be a different similar one though. I can't find any similar image to that one though. The one I posted is the only one I see and is actually on Hillary's site in B&W.
