Maybe it's just that you feel the need to fight what you perceive is extreme views on this forum that you have gone to the old other extreme but you have started to sound like moshe123 before the election.  This is one of the last things I would get so hung up. Do you really think she thought there was a massacre? She used the wrong word while trying to convey a point and you go all over the word instead of the point.
In general you have been so all over trump you have become like the media you just incite people to defend him more from the perceived injustice of the media siding against him.

I am honestly SO not bothered at all by "alternative facts." I saw the clip where she said it. They were arguing about statistics. Statistics are the most deceptively weak form of argument precisely because they sound so solid but say so little. She was basically saying, "You can quote your numbers, and I am sure you have your sources, but we have different numbers." That, to me, is totally valid. To grab on to her saying "alternative facts" and to make hay of it is typical of the kind of sophomoric satire that the Left loves to engage in. Okay, we get it. She said the wrong words. We get it. It's over. Now you can go back to quoting Monty Python movies while milk squirts out of your nose. Nobody's laughing at your geeky humor anymore... oh, except I forgot, half the country who also thinks this is cool but doesn't even know why.

I would agree except they were also talking about the picture of the Washington Mall. Anyone here that believes that those pictures showed Trump had anywhere near the same amount or more as she claimed is a stone cold i****. You just don't get it that isn't about here "alternative facts" or "massacre". It is a dangerous mindset she and many in the WH have. If you don't understand this by now you won't until it is to late.

You know those pictures weren't taken at the time of his speech, right? I doubt he had Obamas 2008 numbers but still find it pretty dishonest (nothing new for the fake news, lie first and hope it doesn't get discovered) to put side by side pictures taken at different times of the event.

IIRC they were taken approximately right before the speech. I am talking about the ones from the park service that Trump had removed. One thing I do know for a fact is the Trump photo is accurate as I watched the inauguration and they showed the crowd size many times.
