3-0 vote tells me not partisan. I think a major problem for Trump is when he says the security of the US is at stake can he be believed?

Let me be more blunt then. He's calling it partisan because he disagrees with it. If they would've ruled the other way, he wouldn't have called it partisanship in the other direction, he would've called it justice.

You know what I find troubling is they just released a statement they are looking at their options. They weren't prepared for both possible decisions? This EO from the start has been a three ring circus.

I agree it wasn't executed properly as him and most of him team are rookies in this field. I do think the EO was well within his rights and the fact that they're the most liberal circuit (circus) doesn't make things better.

That is the standard response that everyone gives to any legal or procedural loss. How to proceed also somewhat depends on the nuances of the decision.

The surprise IMHO is the WH is picking the wrong fights.
Here is what I mean. When I posted Trump claimed the murder rate is the highest in 45 years and asked where he is getting this info from no one responded. The reason there was no response because it would be stupid to try and defend that comment. Pick the battles that favor you.
