I am sure many will. I don't know that their estimate is correct. There is a big distance between millions and 24 million. That said from your avoiding answering I would say your answer is probably all of the above.

Either way, universal coverage can be achieved at lower cost using catastrophic plans.

You are throwing things out there that I have no idea if they are facts or alternative facts. Trumps claim is everyone will have insurance. Not going to happen.

I should have qualified that with lower taxpayer cost or lower cost to the public.

With the ACA some lost the doctor of their choice. With this ACA light you won't have to worry about choosing your doctor because millions won't have insurance.

Now in all of the CBO projections/analyses, where do all those who have insurance but avoid getting care or tests due to high out of pocket expenses (deductibles and co-pays) fall?

Having more people "covered" by insurance should never be our goal. Having a healthier populace, with access to quality Healthcare within their means should definitely be our goal.

Here's what we KNOW the ACA accomplished (no studies here, just observations, and please go ahead and refute, if you can).

• People who previously had no insurance, but had access to Healthcare at the emergency room, might now get care at an "Urgent Care Facility". - Beneficiaries of this are the entrepreneurs that opened up urgent care facilities, and to a certain extent anyone who doesn't have their own doctor.
• Insurance company profits and stock prices have skyrocketed. - Beneficiaries are CEOs and investors (as long as they ball out on time )
• Many people LOST access to their doctors, and to better Healthcare networks. Sometimes only becoming aware of this when it's too late to change.
• Many employers stopped offering health coverage (I am actually an advocate of that, but within a larger context of taking employers out of the equation, and leveling the playing field from a tax and coverage availability perspective).
• People are faced with high deductibles and co-pays, with plans that are not HSA compatible, so that can't help.
• Small business entrepreneurs, who were previously able to get "employer" based group coverage, by putting husband and wife as a two person group, can no longer do that.

You need to get past what Trump does or doesn't, did or didn't say. He lies, exaggerates, uses hyperbole or whatever you want to call it. Now that we got that out of the way, the current R plan makes no sense to me at all. Unless I see something in it I am not seeing now I will not be defending it.

agreed. I dont see how anyone can defend this plan. I get that this is what they can do without getting fillibustered but that isnt an excuse for this terrible plan.

From what I read, it seems like these are the returns that were turned over (and sealed) during discovery when Trump sued the guy who wrote he wasn't a billionaire​.
