I agree with some of his policies. But I cant ignore the fact some of his policies are because of his racist views. Take sanctuary cities. Because of his actions and statements over the years this will be labeled as a racist policy. What gets lost is these cities are illegal.

That is why you should discuss the policies and not just keep repeating that he is a good ol boy.

Of course, but that is a separate discussion from the one about the policy. Just saying that he is racist and therefore we shouldn't deal with MS13 is stupidity.(yes some in the media did that)

I can't support a President with racist policies. AFAIK the only recent policy discussion issue we have had is the tax plan.

True, but it makes it much harder to negotiate. I don't want to get into this but if Trump would ask a person with bias against Israel to negotiate the peace deal it would make it much harder...if people believe that Trump is a racist then everything that the Ds will need to concede is seen as an concession to a racist.

The Ds can't afford that politically.. which is @CMs point ( at least the last one..)
