I would say that most people are not including fox when they refer to the MSM bias. Note that he wrote that they are ignoring this while fox is not.

Which one, before the other sections, right in the leading paragraphs, mentions accusations of slanted reporting?

He himself has posted that he doesn't expect Kerry to be indicted on what seems to be a pretty clear cut violation of the Act.

I've asked him several times if he thinks the Act is no longer relevant in general. So far he hasn't answered.

It makes one wonder, if besides for all the other violations of our rights, The Huff is pro unequal enforcement of the law.
