2. As a btw I didn't read the report, (@aygart was the one providing in depth analysis ) but if I remember correctly, it stated that while there was biased beliefs, there was no EVIDENCE that it impaired the investigation.

Unless I missed something, or something new is released I have no issue accepting the IG report.

Yes Sztruk is biased. Is that clear enough? Please don't put goalpost in the same sentence as a washing machine.

There is a much bigger question. Why is he tough on Putin in policy and outwardly makes nice. Even in the presser Putin is the one who mentioned some of the items Trump pressed him about and not Trump. It is only because Putin mentioned it that we know that Trump told him that the US views the annexation of Crimea as illegitimate. At least he didn't say he looked into Putin's soul or that he will have more flexibility later on.

He sent advanced weaponry to Ukraine, filled his admin overflowing with Russia hawks, actively opposed the pipeline to germany, imposed heavy sanctions on Russia (besides the ones passed by congress), including immediate Putin associates, closed consulates, expelled diplomats and more.

You bring up tough on policy then bring up the pipeline. Trump has nothing to do with the pipeline and is just shooting his mouth off like someone else.
