Need more info. I would not bet either way at this point. I think even if this did happen a case could have been made for a one time teenagers mistake. The issue now is he denied it. If it has credibility he is toast!!!

You just don't get it. Women have been subjected to this before any of us were ever born. Now they are final getting some sense of justice and you want to make it all about the men.

The problem will be that she should not be subjected to a televised political freak show. On the other hand, a closed door meeting would only mean that everyone will come out with their preconceived notions and nothing more or less.

As Chaim said I guess we can put them both through a lie detector, however we all know that it's not fool proof.

I would take into consideration if she shared this story with ANYONE in the past 36 years. As of now we have no evidence of that. And we have notes from ger therapist that does not mention his name.

And to be the most striking thing is the letter which came out with 65 of his fellow high school students, women who say he was always very respectful to woman. This means a lot. Usually people who are into these things don't stop with a single story. See Bill Clinton, Donald Trump etc etc

They are unreliable and not addmissible in court for that reason. Even if they are reliable, it only shows that she believes it now which can be a mistaken memory after all these years.
