It clearly states the "president" of the ABA in the article. Which part is #fakenews? If the "president" of the NRA called for a FBI investigation you wouldn't say the NRA?

You are right, but here it is not the HR manager (Republicans) asking those questions, it's the hobo in the doorway (Democrats) who have almost no say in whether he gets the job.

See, a simple answer. The rest of the spin was not necessary. We all know the politics involved here. It can be spun anyway you want.

Think of it as if you are on a jury. Can you be objective/fair and leave your bias out of it? I know some already admitted they can't, can you?

Lets play this out. Kavanaugh nomination gets pulled. Barrett gets nominated. Dems flip Senate in November effectively making Barrett nomination go away and maybe Garland gets his nomination as the safe reconciliation candidate. If they dont flip the Senate in November they end up with Barrett which is way worse for the Dems and may well lead to a total gut job of the Dem agenda (Roe etc.).  This is a very dangerous game of chicken they are playing.

That the political side the Dems are playing. They are playing the whole time. The only reason they had this held to after the hearings was for this purpose. The are really banking on a blue wave in November. I just dont see it in the Senate which is the only thing that matters here. Hell hath no fury if they torpedo K and the Republicans clean up in November.

Oh, you meant his opening speech only? That would be 12 with 8 of them concentrated in 2 consecutive paragraphs. One of the others was referring to Ford saying she had one prior to the alleged party.

Some here still claim even after her testimoney that she is not credable. They list things like her fear of flying. She flies so she must not be credable. They are ignorant to what fear of flying means.

You really need to stop drinking the Kool-Aid. It isn't an excuse, it is fact. They are both hypocrites but if drink the Hannity Kool-Aid you only see it one way.
