I don't know exactly what you're referring to with the second half of that sentence, but surely you realize that applies to Trump as well?

No it doesn't. I don't have an issue with judges reading the constitution from a liberal perspective, I have an issue with a judge finding a way to have their viewpoint twisted into the constitution.

What part do you need clarified? The part about guns being for a well armed militia?

Maybe Trump should sign an EO stating it is OK to owns slaves as long as they are here illegally?

I'm not reading it one way or the other, but there seems to be a disagreement among constitutional scholars about this.

Just one question about this, do you think the left will accept a SCOTUS ruling that would go against them , (regardless of them numbers be it 9-0 or 5-4)
I'm pretty sure when all that said and done if such a ruling goes against the Trumpsters and Mark Levin(self proclaimed constitutionalist and constitutional expert) they would accept it w/o burning the country down

Not sure where you see anyone burning the country down, but there's certainly no way Levin would accept it.
