Here's what I don't get about all the fraud claims in FL. If you're telling me election officials are willing to cheat to sway an election toward their preferred party, wouldn't they do that before the recount - or in such a way that their party wins outright?

What I do know is Scott is the governor. Under his watch there is not one valid voter fraud accusation according to those under him. Those are the facts. Scott and Trump should STFU with these fear tactics!!!

I think to some extent it is a crime of opportunity. Manufacturing votes from whole cloth is probably too much even for them, but it is a lot easier for them to justify to themselves (and get away with) counting invalid votes.

To flip the question, if they are not trying to commit fraud, why did they blatantly violate the laws that were put in place to prevent fraud?

First of all, I'm not taking about the method of fraud, I'm talking timing.

And second of all, your question if course assumes a whole lot. The courts will decide all that.

I am not cheering the blue wave, just stating facts. As an 'I" I believe in split government. One party in control (R or D) IMHO is a bad thing.

To their bad luck, the case was assigned to a new Judge, a Trump appointee.

He said he will rule today. He posed hard questions to both sides yesterday during the oral arguments.

What do you think the decision will be?

Of course it matters, it would be a major blow to either party if they lose (actually an even bigger blow to CNN).
