$100 e-ticket or 5000 bonus miles?

I didn't get a kosher meal on my UNITED flight to Europe and got 4 cards from
the flight attendant with 4 codes.( me plus 3  family members)
they are offering $100 eticket voucher or 5000 bonus miles.
What is worth taking?

You can sell the voucher for $85 on here. If you value the miles at 1.5cpm it would be $75. It really depends of your flying habits too.
