Does anyone know of any way I can turn my bb into a wifi hotspot?

Doubtful. Even if you can it's a hack, i.e. There's no official way to to it AFAIK.

You could tether using PdaNet which is what I do with my Android. As far as turning it into a WiFi hotspot, I haven't found a way to do that yet.

If you use bb desktop software, when connected to a device, there is an option on bottom left to connect-just hit that and should work. I am with sprint, and have a tour, works like a charm for me but I am not sure if AT&T allows at all.

I believe something like this should work. It's overpriced, but I'm sure you can look around for a refurbished one for cheaper
