Never had that problem
I got 2 warnings from Verizon. Now I read the comments to see if anyone else has mentioned it. If yes, I use PeerBlock.

I'd suggest you first get a VPN (costs about $50 and up/YR) before you start downloading from these sites
because the Media companies will be all over you and threaten to sue you if you continue downloading. Your internet provider might also shut you down for a few hours.

I totally agree

you might still be able to get the PIA or torgaurd Labor Day sale it comes out to ~60/ 2years on PIA and I think the same for torgaurd

if not they will probbably have another sale around election/ veterans day almost certainly for blackfriday/ cybermonday

Im very happy with PIA

It's a matter of luck.
I had been with Cablevision years ago and never received a notice after years of torrents.
At the same time I helped a friend, he got a letter after his first download..

For those who don't know, TPB was seized a few months back and I wouldn't trust any of the trackers on there now. The mods are gone (last I heard) and its not the site it used to be.

However, kickass torrents (kat.cr) is really good as long as you have an ablocker installed in your browser.

I personally have been using uTorrent for years (both on PC and Android) and it works great.

As for an inexpensive VPN service to keep your ISP off your back, I recommend VPN Unlimited which works on all devices. Stacksocial.com has a good deal on it: https://stacksocial.com/sales/vpn-unlimited-premium-plan-3-years-of-hacker-protection-more

I got this info months ago when the site was reopened after being shut down by Swedish authorities. It could be that they've recovered and it's ok to download torrents from there, but I really haven't kept up... I use KAT on the rare occasion that I have time to download and watch a movie or TV show

You have to route it through tubemate.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.
