Lufthansa strike PLEASE HELP!

Lufthansa pilots are striking tomorrow and they have canceled my flight from EWR to DUS as a result. I need advice what are my rights? options? How far can I make them go to rebook me?

A few of us had that this morning have United "call you" there was very little hold time and they were great with the rebooking.

Don't know if they all earn the same amount, but if they do, then it would probably be between Singapore, M & M, Aeroplan, or ANA - depending on what's most useful to you. Those are the only star alliance programs that I know of offhand other than United that have competent miles. Personally, I would credit to Singapore as I'm down for a suite at some point :)
