Right, because most charedi Poskim are very supportive of college in general. So in an unthinkable situation where someone must be in college I can't imagine how a biased rav wouldn't do anything in his ability to help said person grt out asap, and if it involves cheating, well, 2 wrongs sometimes DO make a right!

R Moshe does have a teshuva about cheating and the results of that creating contributing to a diploma or degree, which then contribute to your getting hired at a job and being paid a premium salary, all on a false premise...

Well the op was very vague and only said that a Supposedly big rav said its OK.
When being so intentionally vague it begs the question of why? Seems to me there is somethign to hide
