Doesn't seem so practical for most folk out there..
(This is till 2011 and will need the gift card number etc..)

I don't throw out my cards so I assume I have whatever cards I bought. I don't think I was affected by any of the three things, so I was wondering if I can get a settlement payment if I don't check any of them off.
