I applied for the everyday amex from this link and i spent the required $2,000. The problem is amex only credited me a 10,000 point bonus instead of 25,000. What can/should i do?

Did the bonus offer clearly say 25k? (Do you have screenshots?)

The offer clearly said 25k when i applied. I didn't take a screen shot, but there is a screen shot on the first post of this thread.
(Its even more interesting because i applied for a 50K prg at the same time, and that bonus i got after spending 1K)

I called them, they said they see the 25k offer on my account. rep said he will put in a request to issue 15k more, and wait 2-4 weeks to see if it is approved
