Finally got the PRG 50k/1k. took like a week to find it. I got it on firefox on my cell opened the link on DDMS into an incognito window.

If I got this card a year ago and now would like to cancel it to avoid the $175 fee will the MR points that I received for the Signup Bonus and spending be lost or will they remain with me as long as I also have the Amex everyday card?

It probably is. When you're logged in there's a MR account#. It should also say "this reward program# is shared across x amount of cards".

ETA that "shared across" includes au's.
