Download the puffin browser. People have luck with that.

Right click on the link, and then select "open in incognito window or browser."

If you are using Firefox, right click and open in a private window. You may have to try several times. I was able to get all those offers to show up that way.

If it doesn't work, try other browsers including mobile. Puffin has gotten offers to show up when it didn't work in other browsers for me.
