Which other special offer  are worth applying for now? Green or everyday preferred? Can I do a multiple application from the same browser and not cause multiple credit inquiries?

You can sign up once in Alaska and once in Honolulu and it'll be one inquiry, as long as it's the same day. The problem with doing the same browser at the same time is that it may get flagged as duplicates.
