What is going on with Amex?

I am waiting close to two weeks on annual fees to be refunded on multiple cards... and of course for PGGMs to post.
What is going on with them?

I closed a business card 2 days ago and annual fee was refunded yesterday, and that's relatively fast for American Express

There have been issues for awhile now. When i did it, they only gave me a partial credit for it and i had to get in touch with a supervisor to get the full credit.


In regards to PGGM, are you waiting for it on the card you downgraded?

I just noticed a "Removal of Credit Balance" on one of my accounts. Turns out they took the liberty to mail me a check. Very odd.

Well if you downgraded it before the credit, you may not get it, or will have to fight for it.
