It's definitely a mistake. And if it ships, you will end up with less than you were expecting. And it will be a hassle to get your $ back

IME Amazon has been very good for refunds for items "in the box". Maybe one HUCA.
Wal-Mart not so much.
EBay is a real pain.

Without getting too much into the science and more of an FYI. Hand sanitizer increases the likelihood of acquiring an anti-biotic resistant infection. Your better off just using soap and warm water. Ask your LOD.
