New BofA Amtrak Card

A few months ago, Chase yanked its Amtrak card as we know. Rumors were that BofA would grab Amtrak and put out a new card.
Well, here it is. http://agr.amtrak.com/apply/
I assume that like other cards from this bank it's not hard to get multiples.

Notice that there is a no AF version. That may make downgrading easier.
