I opened online. so no cash or check.
Applicant didnt have another bank account where to ACH from, and names have to match.

How long did it take for the funds to appear in your account?
I used a debit card, any idea how long it will take to fund?

thanks

Don't see why there should be any difference.
I see.. What about FR?
I need to mee some spending thresholds with Amex. I might as well pay the CA fee and get the points but don't want to risk an FR.
AP is also FR for Amex that's why I'm looking for other alternatives...

Did you ever try funding a Chase bank account with CC also?
I opened up my account with $500 funding from a debit card...

This only works for new accounts/initial deposits right? Using debit cards to fund chase?

(As opposed to regular deposit on existing account).

Seems like TD Bank allows a new account to be funded via CC. Between Chase and Amex are either a risk for it being considered a cash advance? Going to do it in moderation 5K or so (I am actually opening the account anyways but while I am at it I may as well earn some points.)
