how do Avios points compare to AMR points in value? If I had to choose between going for this offer - 75k Avios (im not MSing $30k) vs 100k on the platinum, which is the better choice?

I was approved on 8/24 for the United and Marriott, while I opened probably a couple of dozen cards in the past 24 months.
