got the 50k offer as an ad in my Mileage Plus account, when i clicked on it, it had prefilled part of the app with no option to change it, so i guess its really targeted.
BTW after receiving the card i called chase and told them that i got am email with an offer for the same card but the $95 annual fee was waived for the first year (true but was 30k offer)they sent a message to the marketing dept. and later i got a letter that the fee was waived.

after i click apply the browser gives me a message about to many redirects therefore it is not doing it

so this is what happened to me:
i signed up for this card over a month ago, and i got a rejection letter in the mail. i called up reconsideration, and they took $5k off my onepass to try to push thru the card, but he told me that he did his part and now it's up to the next stage in the process. he said most times it gets approved, but not always. i then got a letter in the mail saying that after reconsideration, i was still declined, but i saw that they didn't return the $5k to my OPP card, so i called up to today, and asked why i didn't get it back, and she asked me a couple questions and she put me on hold, she came back and said she just approved me, and the card should be coming the mail in the next 7 days. it's pretty cool what some phone calls can do.

i figured, i got the hard pull regardless if i get approved or not, so mind as well push to get the 30k+$50.

when i called she told me that i have 5 in the past 12 months and some of them are in the past 6 months. she said that generally, you should wait 6 months (i played sooo dumb...) but of course you don't need to wait that long.
to answer your question, i'm not sure how long i'm gonna wait, probably a couple months, though.

Got dates for the 5? If you have two in six month I'd say wait until the end of this promo and pull the trigger in the beginning of May, assuming your credit score can handle it.

4 of them are in the last 6 months, of those 4, 1 of them was in the 6th month, so at the end of this month, we'll be down to 3 in 6 months...
i'm afraid i'm not gonna be able to take advantage of the BA...

If the BA is still live at the beginning of June, I think I'll risk another inquiry, but that's just me. I don't think I have too good a chance of getting approved, but I feel I gotta at least try for 100k.
