I have a SIL who will be in Dijon, France for Yom Kippur. I already found the Chabad website; I'm just wondering if anyone know anything about it? Is it active? Will there be a minyan on yom kippur? Does she have to pay for a seat? Is there any other orthodox shul around (if there's no chabad i doubt there's another minyan)?
