Sprint $5 Service Credit (Premier Customers only?)

I was playing around on Sprint.com and went to Manage Plan Add ons, There was an option to check off for a $5 Service Credit for $0.00.

Looks like they give it to you on your anniversary.

Might be only for sprint premier customers, but log on and check it out, you may be eligible too...
