Rental in The Ridge, Lakewood ballpark of prices

What should be the difference in price I should expect for a upstairs 4 bedroom or downstairs 2 bedroom in the ridge area town house attached on both sides in decent condition not the new ones, built in the 1990's

I'm not sure, but should be a pretty significant difference. I know that in the brand new duplexes, the upstairs 5 bedrooms go for ~$2,400 and the downstairs 3 bedrooms go for ~$1,400.

Just curious, you're looking to rent? You're obviously not from Lakewood if you're asking about prices here. What made you look into the Ridge area. What did you hear about it that attracted you?
