there shouldnt be a fee.
you need to try different browsers, different links (how would you get them? google?)

the link showed 0% fee for me when i posted it, i checked.

I changed your link for my link that gives $100 cash back, did your original link not have a BT transfer fee?  If so please put post it again.

but dan on your chase freedom you only get 6 months 0% on purchases...so the discover seems better for 12 mo
