If you need this soon you may be better off buying from a GC reseller, most of the GC for sale right now are in the amex $200 increments

Just an FYI -- most GC resellers have cut their rate for NM. There are thousands of GCs in the market right now (if not >10,000)... if you are thinking of using amex offer for profits, don't think it works anymore.
