Hitchhiking on airplanes
« on: September 21, 2015, 10:23:25 AM »
I know it's possible, and it has been done. But does anyone have any personal experience or advice on getting a hitch at a general aviation (non-commercial) airport.

Would love to hear stories from ppl that have done this... Are you talking Cessna's or bigger jets?

From what I've heard, Cessnas are much easier to get a ride on.

I'm pretty sure the bulk of aviation accidents occur from hobbiests in their small planes... Sounds scarier then hitching a car ride as it requires a lot more knowledge to stay alive
