Instead of clogging up Dan's pm inbox, isn't a better idea to just post your questions for Dan right here? Additionally, this way other people can benefit from seeing the questions and answers.

I'll start.  Where should I stay in Israel when I go with my dansdeals tickets?  Please also indicate if I can use points, and which cc I should use to get those points.  Thanks!!!!

You should stay at the Waldorf Jerusalem. It is the nicest hotel in Jerusalem that you can use points at.

You can get 2 weekend nights from the Hilton Reserve card. And any of the Hilton credit cards will give you points that will work there as well.

Dan I am trying to get a direct flight to LAS. I have tried several dates and times and no saver award tickets are available. You received all my commissions for the credit card sign ups and now I am sitting with seven figures of useless miles. Please advise.
