Ur forgetting Amex Checkout which was $ instead of just store credit. Wouldn't write off Amex just yet.

lol, im a bit in denial, still hoping for something like this...kinda like when you do scratch offs and you lose but you look them over again with the hope that you were mistaken

Maybe if everyone tweets that as business owners, they are extremely disappointed, and are considering dropping amex... Wishful thinking, but I'll do it anyways for the heck of it.

And when they answer that they're lowering the processing fee for small businesses or something equally as nice, then what? The businesses will do extra business that day anyway, they will have special sales to attract customers, all the black friday hype continued...in my area on SBS everyone is all out and about shopping the sales and MAYBE 20% of them know about the amex deal. The only ones who will suffer big time are the Jews who made a killing from us taking advantage.

Lowering it always, or for one day? And i agree, $10 off isn't a huge deal to most cardholders. ($10,000 is.)

It won't lure customers to shop if they give the stores a break on the % etc.
