Always take a torrent with a block of salt, many come with a bonus virus (however many are false positives). I had to deactivate antivirus on compressed files as it would zap the whole file and not just the virus.

as I have a very fast internet, I could download up to 3 movies in 15/20 minutes. (about 700mb each)

forums are for noobs, the best is newsgroups :)

o and for those that use torrents, install peer block to make sure that you dont connect to certain ip's... http://www.peerblock.com/

(i have no experience with peer block, it is supposed to be the succesor of peer guardian 2 tho...)
