Meh, I did fine on the regs with 2011 notes...

Though AUD 1 did change significantly over the last couple of years

Big change in AUD is from issuing an unqualified opinion to an unmodified opinion. Also the statements and standards are a moving target, but imho if you understand the yesodos you should be fine.

The audit standards change almost every day... Don't use 2011

I found AUD the easiest.
1)It's a 4 hour exam with less material than FAR or REG
2)You can use the research tabs to completely solve some of the simulations (ie if they ask you to fill in blanks in an Audit report you can pull up the whole report in the research tab)
3) A lot of the questions can be answered using your own logic once you under stand the principles (ie - if you understand vouching and tracing, no matter how they ask the question you should be able to get it right)

Thats what im thinking.. I mean the whole test is basically on a few standards and statements. Its not like the IRC and GAAP principles...

Can you elaborate, where exactly?

One of the 7 simulations asks you to research the authoritative literature.

While answering the other 6 SIM's, you are free to hop over to that 7th tab and search the literature for the answer to whatever you need.
If you need a modified opinion for example, search for modified opinion etc. The literature has examples of every type of report.

I look at it like an open book test.
