The problem with your משל is that while your (and my) rabbis tell me not to go on har habayis their rabbis tell them they are doing a big mitzvah. For them the question in your משל would be "should I take my yarmulka when I walk by their house in order to no upset him?"

Um, if it has many times, and CV will lead to blood shed, then its quite literally a no brainer.

I figure its better for Israel to let them manipulate titles of real stories then to cause them to create their own.
