I just watched the video. If that was white cops shooting a black man I would expect riots in the streets here.

Not if the black man would be brandishing a knife like that. We had that last year in CH and the black guy was shot. No riots.

That guy wasn't shot in the back was he?
It is hard to see but did he pull the knife out of his back pocket when he was half way down the stairs?

It seems like they're shooting him while he's running down the steps with a knife in his hands

Maybe my eyes are bad but he grabs the railing half way down the stairs with his right hand, then reaches into his back pocket with his right hand and pulls out a knife.
