I tried it out but I think that its not working due to the thickness of the drawers we have, is that possible?

It could be that some drawers may not be compatible, if you take a picture maybe I can help.

Otherwise, Amazon has free returns :)

OK. The packaging is normal frustration full packaging.

I don't think the instructions are clear. I haven't figured out yet how to install in a drawer (maybe it won't work on mine?) .
I'll let you know how it functions when I install.

Ordered 1. Thanks! I had the safety first one, but it got messed up when I moved.
My wife has been asking me to replace it since, this gave me the push to do it.
Will review when I get it.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll find a way to make the packaging easier to open in the future.
I will also IYH get someone to post a instructional video as a review to make it simpler to install.

Unless you are from those who need to call down a handyman every time a light bulb needs to be replaced, this should be enough of an explanation.

When I put it there, it sticks up above the opening.

How about here with the latch facing upward?

Great item! Was very easy to install even without instructions.
( Figure 1 and 2 from the instructors is not very clear.)

If someone has something negative to say, would you want it through a PM or here?
Now that you asked the question here.....
It's fine it can be posted here
The only choice left us to have it posted here or just leave it as I have a negative about it but am not saying what it is. He may have said to post it either way but the original question should have been by pm.

I hear you, but I asked generically. I don't think I had even mentioned that I ordered one.

I think he thinks I put you on the spot by asking you on the thread if I can post something negative.

yuneeq has done us a favor with his discount code and he wants feedback.  Our detailed positive feedback reports will be going on Amazon, yet our constructive improvement feedback will be mainly here.  That means that this thread will be mainly negative feedback for anyone reading it.

Maybe we should PM him the constructive criticisms so he can benefit from our feedback privately.  There really is no need for any of us to hear others' negative reports since we are not debating if we should or should not buy the item at full value.

I agree that he's done us a favor. I think the upside to discussing the constructive criticism here is that another poster might have had a different experience and can add to the discussion.

Overall, I think the way yuneeq has handled this would make a reader more likely to buy from him, knowing (s)he'll get first rate customer service.

Constructive comment here.
Learning curve for the first one. I didn't find the instructions to be too good.

The great thing with the adhesive is that nothing happens if you botch it up the first second and then quickly remove it and realign it. No extra and crooked holes in your cabinet. It will still stick very well.

Works awesome now on the first. On to the others.

Good review of the actual product on Amazon will come at some time.

So, another constructive comment: don't sell your product short. As I recall, you wrote that it cannot be reinstalled.

Even if the adhesive isn't reusable, couldn't it be cleaned off and replaced with double sided tape?
