Blackberry Repair Help

My bb has died together with all my contacts :'(, ive tried yoni in bp and he says he cant do anything. Can somebody recommend me someone in the brooklyn area. Willing to try anyone or anything. Thanks

Yoni is recommended by everyone, so I guess if he couldn't fix it you're out of luck, I hope im wrong.

What died it has Red light and then shuts off? If so there is nothing anyone can do. Maybe DH Recovery can help

its a q10, red light flashes but it wont boot up at all, any hope?

Did you have a gmail or yahoo account connected?
What OS were you on 10.2 or 10.3 or 10.3.2?

Had the same thing with mine, took the battery out for a few days and put it in while holding volume up and down button, after a few tries it turned on for around 10 minutes before rebooting again, managed to do this a few times... Hope that helps

I had the same problem on  an older model. All it needed was a new battery. You can get them on eBay.  Hatzlocha!
And that was despite the "experts" saying that it was not the battery...
