Missed signup bonus, Any way to extend the time frame?

Very frustrated here

I received the card month and a half after signup, I called in and was specifically told that they would extend the time to qualify for the bonus.  I wrote the guy's name and date down.

Needless to say, I did not receive the bonus.

I called - they say there is no record of my being told that, and they would never do that.  Spoke to a supervisor, tried HUCA - same answer.

Any ideas???

I'm assuming calls are recorded. Did you ask them if they can have someone review the recorded call?
