Basically this whole back and forth has been one big misunderstanding. You -1 my post saying:

12 month on Business is deffinetly enforced. The personal offers that come without language, don't say anything about being an existing Amex cardholder. I'm pretty sure these offers are considered with language and wouldn't give you the bonus again.

These offers was a reference to the previous poster asking about the incognito offers. You understood me as saying personal RSVP's without language don't get the bonus. That is obviously not true, as I know from personal experience. I thought you were referring to the incognito offers.

I beleive the answer to your question is that it's speculation at this point, even if some have gotten the bonus again it's not necessarily indicative for others.
